The client is a leading provider of food service management and hospitality within the academic community. The business need was to provide Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services to automate the extraction, conversion and entry of daily Point of Sale (POS) files from POS systems at 19 universities/colleges (“units”) into Compass’ web-based finance system, MyFinance (MyFi). ​
