Warranty and return policies

All KTech products/solutions offered through DIR will follow a 30-days warranty period post go-live/deployment. During this warranty period, KTech will stabilize the software solution and will ensure the software substantially conforms to the Functional Specifications as agreed upon and signed off between KTech and the DIR customer. Any code related issues and software bugs will be fixed and thoroughly tested. KTech has necessary trained personnel and skillsets to perform the warranty services consistent with industry standards.

Please note that we recommend all our customers to sign Annual Support and Maintenance Contract once the 30-days warranty period ends.
